Well what a fabulous day – the weather was lovely and your little darlings have been very well behaved! Lots of comments from the people at Beamish who couldn’t believe how well the children listened and how interested they were. Well of course they are from Herringthorpe! Highlights were the dark mine, the sweet making and travelling on the open-top tram. Toad in the hole for dinner, lots of rumbling tums so all plates cleared. Children are loving the hotel dining experience.
Just to let you know that we have changed the boat trip to tomorrow as the weather is set to be better than Wednesday – look out for our video. Diary writing now and then supper and bed (hopefully).
