Y4 visit to Jorvik – Friday 1st March

 
The year 4’s had a fabulous day out stepping back in time to the Viking age exploring and discovering their way of life.
 
The children were involved in investigating a replica excavation site of where Coppergate was first unearthed.

Once the children had successfully identified hidden Viking artefacts they went on their way for a nostril opening tour around a recreation of a traditional Viking village. Follow the link to find out more…
