Local children’s author, David Lawrence Jones, to visit our school
We are very fortunate to have a visitor coming to our school on Tuesday 21st May at 1.00pm and 22nd May at 10.30am to present to our students.
David Lawrence Jones is a well-respected local children’s author and has written a series of books about the amazing adventures of “Bradley Baker”. Your child is encouraged to think of at least one question to ask David about his work or life and research some facts about him. During his visit, David will be talking to your child about his amazing adventure series, working as an author and generally enthusing to them about being creative in their own lives. There will be time set aside for David to sign copies of his books during his second visit and the following Bradley Baker titles will be available for purchase and have signed by the author (each priced at £6.99);

Book 2 – Bradley Baker and the Amulet of Silvermoor
Book 3 – Bradley Baker and the Pyramids of Blood
A leaflet/order form will be sent home after the showcase presentation, which will enable you to discuss David’s books and the event with your child. If you would like your child to purchase a book(s), please ensure the order form and payment is returned on the day of the official book signing session.
