Falconry Display

On Friday, 19th  July, 2013, the whole school were treated to a falconry display. The weather was beautiful and the children stood under the shade of the trees and thoroughly enjoyed the show.

The display was organised by school with funding from the council to support our Nest Egg project.  We will be linked with a school in Mongolia where children will learn about birds of prey which are decreasing in numbers.  Our school, and a school in Mongolia, will be learning about birds of prey and hopefully we will be able to video conference with our partner school to share all our learning.

Here are a few photos from this amazing event!
