Today, ten year 6 pupils spent the day at Sheffield Hallam University taking part in and enterprise challenge day. They worked in team alongside pupils from East Dene, Badsley, Coleridge, St Ann’s, Clifton and also students from SHU. The day was spent designing and building a prototype for the next best selling Christmas toy. Each team had the nerve racking job of presenting their product idea and prototype to ‘the judges’, who after much deliberating chose a winning design.
After all of their hard work all children were then given a guided tour around the Owen Building campus so that they could get a feel of university life.
