Friday the 7th of March 2014 was a day of colourful celebrations!
This year, all the children were given the task of dressing up as a character from their topic book that they are reading in class.
We had some amazing transformations, from turtles to Oompa Lumpa’s, old ladies to young WW2 children. Everyone made such a wonderful effort!
Thank you to all the children and parents who really made World Book Day such a special success!
Take a look at all the beautiful characters, year group by year group.

Oh Mrs Roberts I am so silly!! I meant costumes, not comments!!! This is why it is so important to use the Writing Pathway and check my sentences!!
