Last Thursday we were visited by Peter Murray, author of the Mokee Joe series. We were joined by Badsley Moor Juniors for a wonderful presentation by Peter. He explained how he became a writer, his passion for writing and also where the character Mokee Joe came from as well as sharing passages from him well known books.
The following day the children had another opportunity to talk to Peter when he came into school for a book signing.
