I can’t believe it is only Tuesday! We have been so busy with our learning in year 3 that it feels like we must have done a weeks worth already this week!

Starting by collecting data around our favourite fruits, we quickly moved on to gathering this data in a tally chart then used this to create a pictogram!

After looking at shape and their properties, we began to make repeating patterns linked to the shapes of the different fruit we voted for. The results were beautiful and we really impressed the teachers by our neat and careful illustrations.

Finally, the best part…making (and eating!) our delicious fruit kebabs!!! Can you spot the repeating patterns?
