Today in Y4C, we started to think about what life would be like to live as a Roman soldier. We discovered that for most Roman soldiers, the Roman army was a job for life. When a Roman soldier wasn’t busy fighting the enemy or building straight roads, they had jobs to attend to such as being cooks, doctors, blacksmiths or other craftsmen. Using this information, we worked in small groups to act out a Romans daily routine. Have a look at some of our freeze frames below!
