Multicultural Week

Last week Herringthorpe Juniors collaborated with Roughwood and Greasbrough Primary schools to celebrate multicultural week. The children took part in African, Spanish and Bollywood dancing, made African animals masks and landscapes and took part in a African drumming class. On Friday everyone dressed in the colours of their class flag from around the world for a special assembly.

Thank you to Miss Brewin for organising a wonderful week of celebrations that everyone enjoyed and Mrs. Mataruse who came and gave a talk about Zambia. Watch the fantastic videos on our website.
