Children’s Author Peter J Murray Visits HJS!

Today all the school were treated to a very special assembly with a visit from local author Peter J Murray. He is the author of the well known popular Mokee Joe series!

Peter came to HJS to talk to the children about his current series of books. These consist of 3 books Bonebreaker, Dawn Demons and Moonwailer. The children were enthralled as Peter began to give them little snippets of information about the books, using drama, humour and involving the children throughout!

All the school were gripped and can’t wait for Peter to come back in to school on Friday 27th February so that they can have the opportunity to buy his amazing books, and find out what happens in them!
