Year 5 had a special visit from two teachers from Oakwood Comprehensive School. We carried out an investigation looking at the impact of forces on a Malteaser. As you can see from the pictures below it was extremely enjoyable.

We then compared the forces of Earth and Space and why there is such a big difference in gravity. There were many fascinating facts that made us more eager to start our ‘Mission to Mars’ topic next term.
