Today in Year 4, We learnt about how sound travels through different materials. We decided to investigate this by testing a wide range of materials such as bubble wrap, tissue paper, felt, sand paper, cotton wool and cling film. To do this, we wrapped the materials around a pair of ear muffs (plastic cups) to see how well we could hear our partner. Have a look at some of our learning below:
