On our first day of transition, the children were apprehensive about joining the juniors but were soon getting to know one another through lots of different speaking and listening activities. 

We introduced ourselves and shared our interests in PSHE, using a ball of wool to make sure we were all involved. As you can see, passing the wool from one person to another allowed us to create a friendship web for our new class.
