In year 5 we are learning about rocks and soils, we completed an experiment to identify whether rocks were permeable or Impermeable and whether they would float or sink. The children had a range of rocks and completed various challenges to identify the properties, we will hopefully be able to identify these different rocks in Filey on our residential.
Over the past three weeks the children have been learning a rock song here is the video to support your understanding of the different types of rocks, we will hopefully publish the children’s video next week.
