Today, Miss Towell’s and half of Miss Brewin’s class went on their first junior school visit to Wentworth Castle Gardens. The children were beaming with excitement as they entered the classroom this morning and their enthusiasm continued throughout the day. 

Helping us with our science learning all about plants, we used keys to identify different trees on a mysery trail and found out about pollination and parts of a plant in the Victorian flower garden.

In the afternoon, we were on the hunt to spot Percy’s friends and we collected lots of natural resources (helped by the Autumn weather) to create some outdoor art masterpieces.
