AMRC visit, Children in need, Immersive Reading Environments and Christmas events.

Children were chosen to visit the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre at Waverley where they given the opportunity to explore a few of the buildings on the site, finding out about some of the work carried out and also having a look at some of the products made. All children showed excellent questioning skills and were all enthused by the opportunity to see science in the real world. The children were set a fun challenge of building their own self-propelling lego cars.

A huge thank you to all the children who helped raise money for Children in Need. The children made a £1 donation to dress in pyjamas. We also made and sold buns and raised a total of £630.
