Today, is World Book Day. HJS has been very quiet and undisturbed, as children, in all classes, took time out from the normal curriculum day to join in Ring-a-Bell-Read. At the sound of bell, heard throughout school, all children and staff stopped to read their current or favourite read.

We are looking forward to tomorrow when we dress up as book characters or themes from books which link to our topics.
