Because of the snowy weather, earlier in the month World Book Day celebrations were postponed until today.

Children and teachers dressed up as a character from their class text.

The day began with a ‘Reading Breakfast’ during which children, parents and grandparents shared a light breakfast and a book. In some year groups there was also a Roald Dahl quiz to complete.

Everyone said they enjoyed this experience.

The day ended with an assembly, where each year group shared their class text and associated learning.

Thank you to everyone who joined in and to our parents, who once again did us proud with their imaginative dressing up creations.
