This week Y3J were so disheartened and disappointed when they found our 100% attendance certificate all screwed up on the playground. We had a discussion about how children felt about this and it’s meaning.

The children came up with the question “How will attendance impact on your learning?”. We had a great discussion about the importance of attending school. Children spoke about the Bonfire assembly we had in school and that if a child missed this that day then this could be dangerous because they missed vital information like “stop, drop and roll”.
