We have been thinking about healthy eating in Year 5. In Y5A we wanted to find out which foods had less fat content and so were healthier for us to eat. We had to think carefully about a fair test and we had use our maths skills to measure accurately.
There were no surprises. Too many chips are not good for you!
We were surprised about fat in avocados-we think this may be a different, more healthy form of fat. Perhaps this could be our next investigation?
