This week has been well-being week and we have been thinking and talking about how we can improve and maintain good mental health. We carried out a P4C session focusing on the question:
‘How can we improve other people’s mental health?’
Many of us shared ways in which this could happen and thought about how we could help someone like Lucy from the ‘Lucy’s blue day’ book.
Afterwards we thought about who we could turn to for help and advise and created a piece of learning from it as a way to remember that we are surrounded by many trusted people.
