Today, we have met again with our RP Reps to continue the training. We focused on understanding conflict and how to work together to repair situations.

Well done to everyone for engaging so well in the session. You all worked incredibly hard and gave some amazing responses to the scenarios.

We are already looking forward to our next training session after half term. We know you are all going to making amazing reps!
