Mental Health Awareness Week is running from 10-16 May 2021 and is an event hosted by the Mental Health Foundation.
Mental Health Awareness Week is important to normalise the discussion of mental health and well being for all of us.
The theme for this year’s week is ‘nature’. Recent National Trust research found a link between feeling connected to nature and having improved well being.
It’s important to keep the focus on mental health and well being throughout the school year, beyond Mental Health Awareness Week, but we have included some resources and activities for this week.
