Family Learning sessions give parents/carers a chance to come into school and work alongside their child on a wide range of topics. The sessions include embedded literacy and numeracy skills that support work carried out in the classroom.
We also have engagement activities such as jewellery making just for adults where you can come and enjoy meeting other parents/carers whilst learning a new skill.
Here are a few photos of the children’s work done during our Family Learning sessions.

Blast Off!
A four week programme that looked at the solar system and included making a space shuttle and your very own scrapbook about space.
Memory Lane
Parents were encouraged to look back at items that they grew up with and how things have changed. A scrapbook was made sharing memories from both the adult and the child’s point of view.
