Letter from the Chair of Governors
Hello and welcome to Herringthorpe Junior School.
As Chairman of the Governing Body, it is my privilege to be associated with such a hard-working and dedicated staff under the leadership of Mrs Fearnley.
One of the pleasures of walking into school is to be welcomed by the children, who always seem to have smiles on their faces.
As a Governing Body we strive to continually improve things at school and ensure that, with support and advice from the Leadership Team, the care and education of your child is our number one priority.
Many members of the Governing body have been involved with Herringthorpe Junior School for a great number of years and we all feel a strong bond of loyalty and affection for the school and our children.
I hope that you enjoy our website and feel encouraged, as we are, for Herringthorpe’s future.
