We are so proud of our Year 6 children this week!
They’ve taken on ‘Mock SATs Week’ with maturity and determination – we just KNOW they’re going to do brilliantly when SAT week comes –
Week Beginning: Monday 11th May.
Here is a snapshot of our week:
‘Brain Gym’ SAT Warm Up – A combination of exercises which use both sides of the brain to warm it up ready for SATs!
Sunshine Reading on the Beach – The perfect ‘brain break’ for our hardworking Y6s!
Rounders Tournament – What a way to ’round’ off our week!
We also had a fun Hockey Tournament – It’s great to see Year 6 working as a team! It has definitely been a great end to the week!
Well done Year 6 and keep up the hard work – not long to go now!
Mrs Graham & Miss Dunmore

I would like to say a huge well done to all of Year 6, including staff. We are almost there, 6 school days until the all important SATs, you worked so hard during the mock SATs week I’m sure you will push yourselves even further for the Real thing.
Remember, you will only get out what you put in, show yourselves that all of your hard work has paid off. We know you can do it, as tough as it may seem at times, you have all strived to get where you are and are still going for those levels you know you can get.
Remember, myself and the rest of the staff are here to help you, ask for help if needed, make sure those hands are up!!
Well done guys, I’m proud of you all 🙂
