What an amazing afternoon we had yesterday, in Mrs Graham’s class!

As part of our Science learning, the children were given a challenge, to build a model circulatory system, using only cups, straws and tape.

Their models had to transport ‘blood’ from the heart, to the lungs (to receive oxygen!) and then to transport it to the rest of the body!

It wasn’t easy to avoid leaks either!

Now the question is, can we make alterations to the design, so that it represents the circulatory system more accurately – transporting ‘blood’ from the heart, to the lungs, and back to the heart, before being pumped to the rest of the body?

We’ll find out next week!

Here’s a snapshot of our amazing STEM learning:

Well done, everyone!
