This morning our year 3 children visited our local church St Cuthbert’s. The children were given a tour of the church and then were given a challenge to find and answer questions.

We explored the parts of the church including the alter, pulpit and pews. We also had to find the numbers on the hymn board and find the lyrics in the hymn book!

Lots of excellent learning took place to support our Christianity topic.
