Cycle Skills Day

On Tuesday the 19th of November 2013 as part of Road Safety week, Natalie Whelan, Sustrans Bike It officer for our school, taught a group of Y4 children how to use their skills in balancing and bike handling.

The children had the chance to learn how to check their bikes to make sure they are in good working order.

They also learnt important cycling skills through the introduction of games designed to make the children safer cyclists.
