Year 6 had a fantastic afternoon at St Cuthbert’s Church. Our visit began with a hunt around the church looking for key features. We then discussed our findings. Reverend Skidmore talked to us about the church and showed us the different stols she wears over her vestments throughout the year and the reason for this. We also had an opportunity to have a close look at the organ and a listen to its beautiful sound.
It sounds like you’re having a wonderful time too, Y6! I hope you’ve been working hard and learning lots!
See you soon!
